In short. Tsuaa never reads your private messages and sells no data. A message's text is kept only if one of your Blueprints uses it, and for 30 days at most. Your data is hosted in France, and you can ask for a copy or its erasure at any time.

What Tsuaa keeps, and for how long

Tsuaa keeps only what it needs to run your Blueprints and show you what they did.

What Tsuaa doesn't do

Tsuaa doesn't read your private messages, sells no data and shows no ads. The site and the dashboard only use the cookies your sign-in needs: no audience measurement or advertising cookie.

Where your data is

On a server in Paris, at Oracle Cloud. An encrypted backup is made every night at another host. Emails are sent through Resend. Discord tokens are encrypted, and never passed to a third party.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its erasure, by writing to contact@tsuaa.xyz from your account's address. You get an answer within a month. If you aren't satisfied, you can refer the matter to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
